Training sessions are available for individuals and groups in the following locations:

Workouts are custom designed with your specific goal in mind. Each session can include the following:

* Rehabilitation of insured areas of the body such as knees, back and shoulders
* Posture and inner strength through core training, balancing and stretching
* Stress relief through decompression training with yoga exercises, breathing and stretching
* Customized nutrition menu based on your taste preferences and goals

* packages of 10 or more
